Toen we niet wisten wat “speck” (rauwe ham) en “mortadella” (dunne boterhamworst met knoflook) was, gaf de eigenaresse een bordje om het te proeven, heel gastvrij en lekker! Mijn zoon heeft nog een piadina besteld en ik een espresso. De eigenaresse liet nog trots haar huisgemaakte pasta en ravioli zien, wat een werk!

Lovely people and food prepared with love! My son and I received a good explanation and then opted for the homemade piadinas. The food was delicious, and we received excellent service from the family! The husband and wife worked together in the kitchen with grandma and nephew—a true family business. When we didn't know what "speck" (cured ham) and "mortadella" (thin garlic sandwich meat) were, the owner gave us a small plate to try—very hospitable and delicious! My son ordered another piadina, and I ordered an espresso. The owner proudly showed us her homemade pasta and ravioli—what a job! Very nice people, and the food is homemade with love❤️

Aspettative assolutamente confermate poi, le bimbe hanno mangiato due ottimi e buonissimi piatti di tagliatelle al ragù. Io e mia moglie non abbiamo resistito al " pasticcio"( lasagne al forno) appena sfornato... Assolutamente piatto molto sopra le aspettative... La curiosità è poi ricaduta sulle piadine artigianali, la prima una classica speck Asiago e funghi trifolati, assolutamente buona e gustosa seppur classica nei suoi ingredienti.. terminata la serata non poteva mancare la piadina alla Nutella... In breve puoi trovare la vera genuinità di pasta homemade reale, un sorriso dei due proprietari sempre disponibili e gentili. Purtroppo la torta con la ricotta era quasi finita... Abbiamo solo fatto un piccolo assaggio con l' ultima fetta rimasta... Si è vero che non è presente il servizio al tavolo per la prenotazione ma viene servito al tavolo il piatto una volta pronto. Se volete sentirvi a casa fermatevi e non resterete delusi. PS manca la foto del pasticcio perché non sono riuscito a farla,era troppo invitante...Traduzione
We were in Lastebasse for a short stay, and the mention of fresh pasta and artisanal piadina immediately piqued our interest and whetted our appetite. Our expectations were fully confirmed, as the girls ate two excellent plates of tagliatelle with ragù. My wife and I couldn't resist the freshly baked "pasticcio" (baked lasagna)... It was definitely a dish far beyond our expectations. Our curiosity then turned to the artisanal piadinas, the first being a classic Asiago speck with sautéed mushrooms, absolutely delicious despite its classic ingredients. To round out the evening, we couldn't miss the Nutella piadina... In short, you can find the true authenticity of real homemade pasta, with a smile from the two owners who are always available and kind. Unfortunately, the ricotta cake was almost sold out... We only had a small taste with the last remaining slice... It's true that there is no table service for reservations, but the dish is served at the table once ready. If you want to feel at home, stop by and you won't be disappointed. PS: The photo of the pie is missing because I didn't get around to taking one; it was too tempting...

Sono stato assieme a mia moglie per la prima volta in questo bel locale, abbiamo mangiato un'ottima piadina anzi io ne ho mangiate due, veramente ottime come pure il servizio del cameriere che mi ha dato ottimi consigli nella scelta delle piadine. Certamente ci ritornerò bravi.

Ottimo posto per pranzare e cenare, la qualità sia delle piadine che della pasta è ottima, la pasta della piadina è morbidissima e sostanziosa. Farcitura a scelta e bella abbondante a prezzi ottimi. Inoltre la scelta della musica era fantastica, ci ritornerò presto ;)

Sehr zuvorkommender, sich kümmender persönlicher Tischservice, obwohl Selfservice angedacht ist. Pasta mit diversen leckeren Saucen. Für Vegetarier geeignet. Entgegen Ankündigung wurde alles in Geschirr und nicht in Pappe serviert. Sehr urchig einfaches Ambiente mit sympatischer Gastfreundschaft. Preis Leistung top😎.

Buonissimi primi piatti di pasta fatta in casa e tortelli, anche le piadine sono di ottima qualita' e farcite con prodotti freschi. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Gloriana e il suo staff poi sono gentilissimi!

Mangiata una piadina in loco buonissima, prese 5 piadine vuote da asporto , una porzione di pasta fresca ripiena di ricotta e spinaci tutto molto buono. Merita la sosta .Ritornati e provati i cappelletti al ragù buoni ,solo il servizio deve migliorare , basta un pò di organizzazione e ci siamo.

Passando da Lastebasse a ora di pranzo ci siamo fermati al locale Impastiamoci. È stata una piacevolissima scoperta, abbiamo mangiato delle tagliatelle fatte a mano al ragù superbe e un dessert buonissimo. Ci fermeremo ancora per provare le piadine anzi penso che diventerà una piacevole abitudine quando possiamo per andare alla casa di montagna a ora di pranzo.
